The class is often a blend of what the participant's needs are that day, modifications and variations are always taught and encouraged. Blending alignment, technique, breath, energy and body this class has something for everyone.
Think Prana Fusion with a little extra. These classes have bit more challenge in them whether they be due to the postures themselves or the intensity. Discover your potential with the guidance of experienced and caring instructors ready to take you to the next level!
Join our growing Sangha/meditation community as we come together to explore and practice the healing and peaceful practice of Mindfulness Meditation (Vipassana or Insight Meditation). During this meeting there will be a Dharma talk on a certain topic related to the practice of meditation, time for inquiries and we'll end with a guided meditation. A Prana Lab favorite, this signature class has been packing the room for over 15 years. It's beautifully choreographed postures create stretch and relaxation for the body and mind. Done completely on the floor utilizing a multitude of props it is more active than a traditional restorative class, incorporates deep yin postures and provides a great stretch for all levels.
The best way to support your meditation practice is in a group setting. Join us for our Reiki & Meditation Circle. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Energy centers are restored to their natural state of flow improving overall health. This class is an exclusive technique designed by The Prana Lab (done seated in a chair) is a blend of Reiki and Meditation to facilitate healing on all levels. Psychologically, an hour class is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep.
Based on sound principles of anatomy and physiology as taught by B.K.S. Iyengar, a strong emphasis on the development of proper musculoskeletal alignments through use of props, enable the systems of the body to function at their best. Promotes union of body, mind and spirit. It builds strength and endurance, increases flexibility, reduces stress and improves circulation, coordination, concentration and balance.
The practice of Kundalini Yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, and enables us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings. This technology combines breath, mudra, eye focus, mantra, body locks, and postures in a precise, conscious manner to affect body, mind and soul. Great practice for all levels of hatha yoga practitioners.

The BUDOKON®YOGA style is best described as a transition-based Hatha Yoga flow with continuous circular rotation. The Budokon Yoga style honors its traditional roots of Hatha (posture based) Yoga while bringing a completely unique Martial Arts circular influence. Imagine the graceful, concentrated, and fluid movements of Tai Chi and Kung Fu as you seamlessly transition between Yoga asanas. This creative style of Yoga will help build mental focus, strength, and bodily awareness.
YIN YANG (the BEST of both worlds)
This class addresses the two types of energy or Prana that flows through our bodies. Our Yang energy is warm and active and our Yin energy which is cool and quiet.
Yin yoga is a style of Yoga that works to exercise the connective tissues in the body to promote vitality of Prana and flexibility and ease of the joints. Yin Yoga poses are held for several minutes to promote this healing. Yang Yoga also known as active Yoga is to build strength and heat. Static and dynamic (flow) series are integrated to find the perfect balance.
